Tweet fixado

It's finally time to announce that @imakeBADads and @andrehaykaljr joined RemotelyX as partners
Here’s how our vision “Hiring 10,000 Lebanese Talents” brought us together:
A year ago, this was just a dream
What began as a simple favor—helping friends connect with the right talent—quickly evolved into something much bigger
Andre was one of those friends
I helped him hire several incredible Lebanese remote talents for his company
(Fun fact: My brother was his first remote Lebanese hire!)
The proactivity, grit, and dedication of Lebanese talent stood out from the rest:
→ US workers are skilled but expensive
→ Asian workers are more affordable but often not the right fit
When Andre and others faced these two extremes, Lebanese talent emerged as the perfect middle ground
Lebanese professionals are skilled, committed, affordable, fluent in English, and deeply aligned with Western culture
Helping Andre made me realize that this wasn’t just a favor anymore—it was a business opportunity waiting to be seized
And so, RemotelyX was born
We knew many founders faced the same challenge, and the solution was clear: hire Lebanese remote talents
Starting a new company is never easy, though
We encountered our fair share of hurdles
At a critical moment, when leads dried up, Andre tweeted on X, vowing never to hire a VA outside of Lebanon
The tweet went viral for weeks in our community
Leads poured in, and our conversion rate shot up to 90%
But the best part was yet to come
Two weeks later, Eddie saw the tweet while it was still trending
He was about to sign a contract with a similar agency in South America but canceled everything at the last minute
Instead, he bought equity in our company
Eddie walked away from a 7-figure deal for just one hour a month—not for the money, but for the vision
Hiring 10,000 Lebanese talents had always been his dream, but as a serial entrepreneur, it felt out of reach
With two dedicated co-founders by his side, it wasn’t just a dream anymore—it was a tangible goal
