Last week, I had a robotic assisted laparoscopic hysterectomy and salpingectomy. (For fibroids) One week later and am back to the treadmill (just walks for now, no running yet!) and feeling good. While everyone’s recovery is different, I am so grateful for my body’s ability to heal and recover. 💕
