@sama @galligator The "AI middleman" architecture is replicable: Don't own the hard stuff. Own the interface. Brand + acquisition + experience = your moat. Everything else: agents or APIs. $20k to $400M. Year one. What's the interface layer in your market that nobody's claimed yet?
