@JessicaDAmir The problem is the trips are no longer profitable for drivers. With uber taking 27% of the fair, taxes and cost of the drive their is no incentive for drivers to complete your $35 trip. Try Didi. They take around 15% so more likely your driver will show up.

My pre-booked Uber never arrived. No one picked me up at 4:30 am as agreed. No replacement ride was arranged. No regular cabs or taxis available. I’m now 38 minutes late for work. Australia needs change. Bring on Tesla’s Cybercab. Australia needs robo-taxis!
