We are very pleased to have worked with The Mayo Clinic on the first study linking microplastics to cardiovascular disease. Many more studies using Plastictox are ongoing as we uncover the extent of the damage caused by microplastics to the human body.

@DeanTTraining It would be wise to bulk up a bit beyond that if traveling somewhere where the food situation is sketchy.

@DrJesseMorse I am a scientist and can confirm I have aged terribly

@DeanTTraining I might actually get one of the ninja creami machines. I grow weary of paying $8 for a protein pint

@DeanTTraining You know where I can get some ninja creami recipes? Been looking to take the plunge on one?
English

@DeanTTraining Gym shoes are just running shoes that aren't mangled enough yet to be lawnmowing shoes.
English

If you’re wearing running shoes in the gym while training legs on exercises like Squats & Leg Press:
Please STOP doing so
Not for my sake…
For your own!

Micheal D@micheal_ws18
Do you think it’s okay to use running shoes for workouts… or are they really NOT made for that?
English

@venom1s Ayyy, it's the old meme!
Test yourself consistently! Tren every day!
English

@NoFilterSkin It's really important to be on the lookout for this. According to Psychology Today, 30% of people suffer from this. It is also thought to be genetically heritable, so be very very careful choosing your kids future parent to avoid this popping up in your kiddos.
English

A woman's brain can't relax until she feels physically and emotionally safe. Most men don't understand how much energy women use checking whether they're safe. She’s reading the room. Watching your tone. Noticing the small shifts in behavior. Calculating risks you don’t even realize exist. It’s constant, quiet work that drains her long before she ever says she’s tired. That’s why safety isn’t just about protection, it’s about consistency, reassurance, and emotional stability.

@IAmLilRico Im speaking in Bangkok this summer so I'm not that happy to see it mentioned by people 🤣
English

@woke8yearold A lot of people don't understand that as CEO, your salary is substantially less than what you make via distribution.
English

So about as much as a manager at Buc-ee’s (American gas station and food store)

Darren Parkinson 🌍💚💙@DarrenBar88
People crying because a CEO would only get paid £140 an hour. £140 an hour!! An hour!!!
English

@andywalkerhq I think the most I've ever paid is 400 and it was on a Sunday with one of those cars where its a pain in the dick to get to
English

@trwsenti You're really only supposed to do this for a decade. By then you're supposed to launch your own business, be up the chain where you have equity/benefits, or at least be making so much that its worth the sacrifice.
English

@DeanTTraining Low calories high protein for all feedings! REEEEEcomp protocol: Engage!!!!
English

A very effective meal strategy for cutting:
Feeding 1 — Low cals + high protein (low fats & carbs)
Examples:
- Egg white wrap
- Egg whites and turkey bacon
- Egg whites and Greek yogurt
Feeding 2 — Low cals + high protein (low fats & carbs)
Examples:
- Chicken, broccoli, and Greek yogurt
- Ground beef, asparagus, and Greek yogurt
Feeding 3 — Higher calories all around (still a protein bias)
Examples:
- Chicken, potatoes, broccoli, and yogurt
- Ground beef, rice, asparagus, and a Creami
This type of setup can work great for off days while cutting
If it’s a training day, it would be wise to move carbs around with the goal of getting a fair bit in at the pre training feeding
The reason this approach works well is because it leaves a large number of calories for the evening
This is obviously the time period when accumulation tends to get the best of people if they’re not satiated

English

@theficouple If you're in the first few years of the mortgage, it's way worth it to pay it off. If you're in the last few years, all your interest is paid already, and it's not worth paying it off early
English

@Tanyaelisabeth It's fun to dick around for a year or two, but you are 100% correct.

As someone who has both been married without kids and married with kids
This stuff gets old so quick
Every single couple who has children has also done the no kid lifestyle and they would tell you that if you can, have children. No movie or game night will ever compare. It’s so worth it.
Cam 🎮 (@CamXPetra)@lastofcam
This is what being married with no kids looks like.
English

@DeanTTraining Protein powder is really good with oat flour for a super dense banana blueberry bread. Think of it more like a homemade protein bar with much more volume. You'll stay full for longer
English

Current Supplement Stack:
- Creatine
- Electrolytes
- Psyllium Husk
- Magnesium Glycinate
- Multivitamin
I have Protein powder but I’ll only use it for Ninja Creami Ice Cream
Never done PEDs or peptides in my life
Coming up on 16 years of training & focusing on nutrition

Ben Warbecker@BenWarbecker002
@DeanTTraining Ya but drop the other supplements

@theoliveranwar Sitting on a machine playing Candy Clash on their phone for 10 minutes.
English

@DeanTTraining You do a fantastic job at showing people how to do this on a budget and through prepping. However, as the average person spends 1500 dollars per month on coffee/food/takeout/groceries, consider this <1000 per month grocery plan. Zero prep. Zero cooking. Not featured: lettuce.

English

It’s VERY EASY to close the gap on a calorie deficit without even trying
A little bit of extra oil here…
A slightly larger serving size there…
A bit of snacking that goes unaccounted for…
All of sudden the 750 calorie deficit you had mapped out becomes a 0 calorie deficit (net neutral)
Accurate/honest calorie tracking fixes this and saves you from weeks/months/YEARS of frustration!
