You take a AP1000 Westinghouse design, produces 1.1 GW so you build 2 of them to start to produce 2.2 GW's for say specific date centers while others could have a 4 reactor build which would produce enough energy to cover almost 80% of US Major Cities. Breakthroughs like NYC or LA you could simply build a 6 Reactor Build or 2 Builds if you wanted for growth.
