@comcast I am extremely frustrated. We have been having problems with our @Xfinity internet for a week, and several tech visits haven't fixed the problem or even identified it. My husband works from home online, and with no internet we lose money we count on. Can ANYONE help me?

We had someone out who didn't fix the problem, and then they CLOSED our SERVICE ticket and pushed us to the back of the line without the problem being fixed! I understand there's a lot of problems from the storm, but what I take issue with is losing my place in line with no fix

We have called and talked to customer service until my husband's blue in the face, but they keep telling us they can't get anyone here for DAYS and then when they do come THE PROBLEM COMES BACK ANYWAY. We just want the service we pay for and all rely on for our work TO work!
