@XfinitySupport I did not know that when you changed our email to Yahoo Mail that my inbox would be flooded with ads. I did not agree to this and hate it! n order to get no ads, Yahoo expects $4.99 per month. I am already paying you an arm and a leg for internet and mail.

I guess @Xfinity thinks I’ll forget the $116.04 THEY OWE ME for an overpayment before I finally cut the cord. After a 3 hour April 22 call to #Xfinity requesting a refund rather than unusable credit I was assured MY money would be refunded in 5-7 days. It’s now been 12 @comcast

@XfinitySupport for some reason, when I go to xfinity.com it's in Spanish instead of English. I tried changing it and it does change for a few seconds then goes back to Spanish. I don't understand anything on the page.

OK @XfinitySupport How can I have 2 tvs in same room and connected to the same WiFi along with my phone, IPAD to Comcast cable and one (the newest TV) will not connect. I have done all the steps to reset. Please FIX! This is frustrating.
