@BoschHomeUS The point is, my dishwasher (2018) isn’t under your recall BUT has the same power cord problem as your existing recalls. So you haven’t fixed your power cord problem.

@BoschHomeUS I did call one. The issue is that I already paid someone to look at the dishwasher. I added a new soap dispenser and door latch and then that gave me the E06 error which could be the pain control board wire down in the hinge where the door closes.

@BoschHomeUS My dishwasher died after only two and a half years. The soap dispenser and then the door patch error code 06 which also could have been the main circuit. We stopped being able to select other cycles than auto. Really not happy. Guess we have to get the service contract :-(
@BoschHomeUS Really disappointed with Bosch. My dishwasher failed because of faulty welding, rendering it unusable.Customer service has ignored repeated attempts to resolve it—even after I sent a letter as instructed. Premium pricing should come with accountability. Do better.

@BoschHomeUS I have now talked to the customer service number provided five times, each time, with a promise to get a call back from a manager. One time, the representative told me the manager refused to talk to me.

@BoschHomeUS I’ve called that number and I’ve been dealing with them for three weeks and still no solution. I’ve also emailed that email address and I’m still waiting for a fix. Nobody is helping me.
@BoschHomeUS Bosch has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a brand new dishwasher for $1200 and have been handwashing dishes for 3 weeks. Doesn’t work and they won’t replace it or update me. 🤬

Hey @BoschHomeUS you gas ranges suck. How the hell do we live with this? 1st unit had the problem, got a replacement, same! Place where we bought it has no answers. Must be a production issue. HELP!!!!! Range is 1 year old. Have a listen!
