@BoschHomeUS Really disappointed with Bosch. My dishwasher failed because of faulty welding, rendering it unusable.Customer service has ignored repeated attempts to resolve it—even after I sent a letter as instructed. Premium pricing should come with accountability. Do better.

@RGandE been hung up on 4 times and on hold over 3 hours across those calls. Current call almost an hour with no answer. Just want some heat in the cold you know?
