@JaneFallon Good luck 🤞 - still rocking mine after surgery last week horrible things but do the job xx

Yes, it's me! Haven't tweeted in a while...
I've made a programme with my chum Sam West. C5 went with the rather prosaic 'Sam & Ade Go Birding' (fair enough, we do that). Though I wanted to call it 'Larking About' (which we mostly do). Tuesday 8pm C5.

@DWPgovuk No, you insist you find paid or voluntary work. Sending someone who is waiting for a knee replacement, hip replacement has MS, crumbling disc and Barrett’s syndrome and waiting for treatment for other issues to interview for a heavy goods driver or money stopped immediately…🤔😡
English

If you claim sickness or disability benefits, you'll soon have the right to try paid or voluntary work without the worry of immediately losing financial support

@AvonandsomerRob According to Peter Kay the humble hobnob which is the “marine” of biscuits for dunking 🤣

@ukboomers @Bobbyunswick It’s a vicious circle. The rents are so high that by the time you have paid for your rent, utilities, fuel, insurances tax and tried to be prudent by squirreling bits away for mots/services and then cost of food you are left with nothing to put aside to save for a huge deposit ☹️
English

@Bobbyunswick He said it was for rent. We said that's exactly the problem. Why is he paying someone else's mortgage? He should be saving for his own. We offered him advice instead. Much more valuable than money.

The other day we were on a cruise and our grandson rang asking for a bit of money. He's just started at the NHS full time, earns £28,000 a year. That's what we paid for our house. I said love, if you're earning a whole house a year and still struggling, that's not a money problem, that's a discipline problem. I'd help but I'm afraid of spoiling the boy.
Our neighbour David was a doctor for 35 years, never complained once. Five rental properties now. Lovely man. I just hope the boy sorts his finances out. If we keep bailing them out they'll never learn

@Scott_Pert @CadburyUK I managed to get some Cadbury “favourites” looks like a box of hero’s but it’s the Australian version - no palm oil! They can do it but choose not too in UK

English

I’m not a Chocolate fan, but every Easter I keep my tradition of eating a @CadburyUK Cream Egg….
Anyway to put it mildly I took a bite & it didn’t taste the same, then I read “Palm oil”….
Why would Cadbury ruin their brand?
Not touching that shit again.

@Mattisamazing33 Hiya apparently Sainsbury’s own don’t have it but not advising just passing along 😉😂

English

Jesus. Here we go again. I said “I’m” going to try and find. Not “Can you advise me”
☠️ Matt 👾@Mattisamazing33
I’m going to try and find an Easter egg without any palm oil

@Alexarmstrong My mum is 83! She does not drive, doesn’t have any cards attached to her phone or have a credit card! She uses her iPad to watch things & has an apple iPhone that she uses to FaceTime call - what’s she meant to do - hasn’t had her Apple ID for over 18 years
English

@StephenMulhern Oh shout like mad and then when I get it wrong mutter to myself “what a stupid question” 😂

@____GAZ_____ @AldiUK This range is lovely especially the Tikka Masala but they’ve dramatically reduced the portion size in the last 6 months it’s visibly shrunk
