Wow, KelpDAO comes out and says: > 2 of LayerZero’s RPCs were hacked > it was LayerZero internal compromise that led to the exploit > they took fast action to prevent another $75m vulnerability > the 1/1 DVN was the suggested setup from LayerZero & even after they asked further about it during the transition to L2s, it was kept the same > blames LZ for the setup My goodness. Absolutely no one taking any responsibility and no real detail on the loss socialization for Aave users still. I think we are all underestimating how long the WETH & stablecoin pools may be frozen.

The founder of $TAO just declared war on big AI "we repeatedly beat sota (state of the art)…we actually solve problems better than anybody else in the world" decentralized beats centralized. every time. $TAO CC: @ParisBlockWeek

This is simply the biggest subnet partnership announcement in Bittensor’s history Score has scored $TAO

Manako × @PwC_France We've formed an alliance to bring physical AI to enterprise at global scale. PwC France will lean on Manako's Business Operations World Model, powered by @webuildscore to turn their clients' existing camera networks into real-time systems of action. 1/5

A 364,000 person consulting firm just plugged itself into a Bittensor subnet. The press release names the blockchain by name. Twice. Crypto Twitter has not noticed. PwC France and Maghreb formed an alliance with Manako Labs. Big 4 firm. 7,000 employees in region. Part of a global network of 364,000 people across 136 countries. Manako builds the Business Operations World Model. It runs on Score. Score is Subnet 44 on Bittensor. The numbers: • PwC France and Maghreb: 7,000 employees • PwC global network: 364,000 people, 136 countries • Manako: turns enterprise camera feeds into real-time triggered actions • Powered by Score, Subnet 44 on Bittensor • Alliance targets retail, logistics, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure This is not a pilot. Not a proof of concept. PwC is integrating Manako into its AI advisory practice and selling it to enterprise clients. Every Fortune-scale company PwC France touches is now a potential Score deployment. The subnet does not have to do its own enterprise sales anymore. The quote that matters. Jean-Thomas Ledore. Strategy Partner. PwC France and Maghreb. On the record: "By partnering with Manako and leveraging Score decentralized Ai infrastructure on Bittensor blockchain, we enable our clients to move faster beyond observation and experimentation." Big 4 strategy partners do not name-check L1s casually. That sentence took weeks of legal review. The setup nobody is pricing in: • 1 billion cameras in the world • 21 billion connected sensors • Most of it recorded, none of it acted on • Manako turns those feeds into lockdowns, dispatches, audit reports, workflow automations • PwC sells the deployment • Score does the compute • TAO secures the network For 18 months people have asked the same question. Do Bittensor subnets generate real revenue. Or are they just emissions farms. This is the answer. A subnet productized into a deployable enterprise tool. Sold through Big 4 channels. To the largest companies in the world. TAO is down. Subnet narrative is dead. Crypto Twitter moved on. Meanwhile a 364,000 person consulting firm is quietly building an advisory practice on top of Subnet 44. Pay attention.

The $TAO dump wasn't a rug. It was a response. The real story behind the $TAO dump is finally out and it has nothing to do with a team going rogue. Jacob Steeves, Bittensor's co-founder, unilaterally: 1. Paused emissions on Covenant AI's subnets, killing their revenue 2. Stripped their control of their own community channels 3. Declared their infrastructure deprecated No vote. No Senate approval. No transparent process. Just one man's decision. So what did the Templar team do? They sold 37k $TAO worth $10M on the open market. Not a rug. A message. When a foundation can pause your revenue, silence your community and deprecate your work overnight with zero governance what exactly did you build on? Not a decentralized protocol. A landlord's property. This is the centralization tax every builder in crypto eventually pays. The question isn't why Templar dumped. The question is: why does a decentralized AI network still have a single point of human failure? $TAO holders deserve an answer.

Lol, the article from @covenant_ai was fully AI-generated. Just scanned it with @ai_detection. Pov: you rugged the community on millions $ and as an explanation just generated some AI slop. Sad to see such things happens to the bittensor, but long-term I think they're good for the ecosystem evolving and further growth.

Btw i should address some of the points in the article which AI slop influencers are now repeating. > I suspended emissions to his subnets I do not have the ability to suspend emissions. What i did do is sell some of my alpha holdings on his three subnets, because they were not running, and were on near 100% burn code. This changed the emission the same way all buys and sells on Bittensor do. I don’t have any privilege beyond what normal TAO holders have. > I deprecated Covenant’s channels and removed moderation rights No, Samuel specifically deprecated his own channels which he did via a pinned comment and also a Twitter post. To be clear, he is talking about a discord channel. > I removed his ability to moderate his community Sam was deleting posts in his channel of genuine, honest criticism. I removed that ability temporarily and then reinstated it later. I did not remove his moderator role. I simply stopped him from deleting posts from others in his channels. > “deprecating infrastructure” Not even sure what this one means. > large visible token sales Not large. Less than 1% of what i had invested in his teams. Visibility is impossible to avoid in my position. I reserve my right to buy and sell tokens which is what underpins the entire system of dTao. Anything else?

@const_reborn funded @tplr_ai, paid for their first website, wrote their first incentive, and hired their first team members. Knowing both parties, I can assure you it is not @DistStateAndMe who is the wronged party here. Disappointing how money corrupts people.

A few more points here.. ⚫️ Templar founder extracted 37,000 $TAO worth of alpha tokens from his 3 subnets.. So it is only logical those 37k $TAO will be dumped on the market for max extraction Also the possibility shorting was in place before the announcement was made/alpha was dumped ⚫️ To everyone who invested in any of those 3 subnets When you invest in a subnet.. even though you are backing a team, you are effectively investing in the subnet slot itself Subnet 3 will persist.. Templar will not Which means alpha holders on subnet 3 still have their tokens.. and if a new team comes along with a killer idea and revives the slot (As is being planned, led by @const_reborn) then token holders of SN3 will also see price recovery ⚫️ Sam claims @const_reborn tried to "ruin him" by selling 200t on his own alpha Const buys and sells alpha tokens all the time.. his subnet was no different but you don't see all the other subnet owners nuking their subnets into the ground He also helped Sam build Templar and donated startup funds.. "Const did everything for Sam. He built the first versions of both grail and Templar for him and then gave him those subnets. He found developers for him to work on the subnets. He donated him $Tao and gave him startup funds and the owner key for free to Templar. He supported him the whole way. I remember Const gave Sam a 2000 Tao bonus for Christmas one year. Then the one time Sam doesn’t like something that happens (Const sell like 5% of his tokens) he crashes out, rugs all his investors, spreads fake news across socials, acts incredibly immature by leaving all groups, and you say this is Const’s fault??? What an insane interpretation of events. This is nobody’s fault except Sam." ⚫️ Templar news and achievements had reached the very top of the AI industry.. large influential figures were praising the subnets success For this to happen now.. it will for sure have some deep knock on effects that will take some time to recover ⚫️ Changes will be made on #Bittensor to mitigate this happening in the future.. "The outcome of this eventful evening is that #Bittensor will invent lock-based subnet ownership -- specifically: ownership of a subnet determined by a team's long term economic commitment to the project." @const_reborn ⚫️ Lastly.. #Bittensor is a large, permissionless network that is growing fast every single day There's always going to be bumps in the road along the way.. but its how the network and its participants respond in such tough times Things will recover and this will barely register on the overall journey of #bittensor $TAO

@DreadBong0 @tplr_ai Covenant-72B is the flagship corner and it loses to a 2023 model on 5 of 7 benchmarks. Genuinely curious what the other corners look like.

Bittensor $TAO is going to eat the AI world
James Woodman@jameswoodmanv

The subnets on @opentensor are becoming a kind of mirror held up to the world of AI that reflects back the tremendous diversity enabled by our collective intelligence No closed-source company can compete. And the highest quality open-source is leveraged and incentivized
