The most valuable trait for an entrepreneur: A sense of urgency. Many people move, think & make decisions slowly. They lack energy, passion & purpose. These people rarely make things happen & end up clocking in for someone else... No offense, but please move to the right!

Ever noticed the power of a well-timed NO? Stop saying yes to everything. Saying no to opportunities not aligned w your goals is vital for growth & well-being. -Clarifies priorities -Protects time & energy -Improves decisions Every NO is a step closer to a 'meaningful YES'. 🚀

@NathanHirsch99 Good framing. Most people default to one thinking mode, but switching models is what actually improves decisions.

10 thinking styles you're not using (but should). Your biggest decisions are limited by your mental models. Most people rely on just one or two styles. Mastering this framework unlocks better problem-solving. Apply the right style to the right challenge:

Creators create content. Fit people go to the gym. Social people talk to others. The moment you adopt a label as your identity, you’ll start acting in ways that make it true. Change your identity to change your life.

Nobody tells you this: You can get pretty damn far in life by just being someone people can count on to show up and do the work. Reliability is the cheat code. Stop overcomplicating success. Show up, do the work, repeat. That’s it.

I took a 3-day break from my phone. It was during a silent meditation retreat. I text my friends, family, and girlfriend Carolina to say goodbye—jokingly saying I was joining a cult and might not make it out alive. Honestly? F**king fantastic. The older I get, the more I am convinced phones are poison. They drain away your time and energy, and if you use them for social media, you are giving away control of your thoughts and beliefs. I already have strict boundaries to prevent this, but to say adios for 3 days confirmed my suspicions. To not check it when you have 5 minutes to kill. To not listen to podcasts or YouTube when you go for a walk. If you feel scattered, a phone detox is a great first step. A clear mind starts with good boundaries.

I have a theory on strength training: 5 minute rest on compound lifts if you’re going for strength. 3 minute rest on compound lifts if going for hypertrophy. 2 minute rest in accessory exercises. What’s been your experience?

Nobody tells you this: Ignore your mood. It doesn't matter whether you want to do the thing. It matters that you said you'd do it. The world belongs to the people who show up and do what they said they'd do. Reliability is the key to life. Just keep showing up.

Amazon didn't win with one great product. They built the engine to deliver everything, everywhere, consistently. Your personal brand needs the same infrastructure.
