Let me get this straight — this man works a full-time tech job, pays taxes, and his wife started a small business that serves the local community and probably employs Americans.
His wife runs it. He helps after his 9-5. He doesn't get paid.
Is there a technical gray area in immigration law about helping at a spouse's business? Yes. Immigration lawyers can debate where the line is.
But this is an immigrant family creating jobs, serving their neighbors, and contributing to the local economy. This is the American dream in action.
And instead of recognizing that, Why should one show up with cameras to turn a hardworking family into rage bait.

Most American rightoids who are general elite-class (very broadly speaking, say upper-middle class professional, or prosperous small business, and wealthier) are like this. The social conservatism and populism are faked, scams to create a mass constituency for tacked-on unpopular libertarian economics and/or liberal imperialism, and if you interact with them on the personal level and get to know them a little too well you'll find that they're drug users, or into shit like wife swapping, or cross-dressers, or patrons of transsexual prostitutes (this one is alarmingly common), or whatever.

This is why H-1Bs and remittances are so important to the Indian economy, by the way. It's not like America needs any of this, but India absolutely does because the Dollar has been surging in value vs the Rupee for over 50 years.
Even if an H-1B employee sent $1,000/month for the last decade back to India and didn't adjust for inflation in the US, the purchasing power of that remittance grew back in India.
This is also why India continues to offer mass migration of its own citizens when it negotiates trade deals with other countries. The Indian government wants to export millions of its own people to First World nations in order for them to make money and send it back home.
Remittances already account for over 3% of the country's GDP. 3% doesn't sound like a lot, but when we're talking about your entire economy, that's an insane figure. India is already the #1 recipient of remittances in the world. If that ever ended, it would send the entire country into a depression overnight.

Protected Opinion: Every other post they take issue with is my protected opinion and editorial theory. In America, you cannot sue someone for having an opinion you don't like.
The Preservation Trap: Their own letter demands I "preserve all evidence" to prevent the "spoliation of evidence." I CANNOT delete my posts even if I wanted to—they are now part of the official legal record.
The Gift of Discovery: If TPUSA wants to take me to court, bring it. I welcome the Discovery process. It will finally give me the legal power to subpoena the documents and answers Erika Kirk has been hiding from the public.
