A mandatory return to work policy paired with a hiring freeze is nothing more than a large scale RIF (reduction in force) where the govt doesn’t need to pay severance. Many work-from-home employees will be forced to find other jobs, and they will then not be replaced. Not a new or clever strategy.

I don't know if I've talked about it much, but I was at Ovi's NHL debut as a fan, up in the upper deck. No matter how much I read, nothing prepared me for how good he actually was in person. After going through the 💔 selloff of players like Peter Bondra, Ovi was instant hope.

Although honestly, I’m not sure that a run between the tackles would have worked either. Look at the surge from the KC DL. They had to put receivers on the field, spread the Chiefs out, and at least threaten a pass. The personnel and formation let the DL tee off.
