@SW_Help Why did you not inform passengers sitting on the delayed 1909 service to Portsmouth Harbour that it would skip stops? There were other trains that passengers could have caught?

Management of @SW_Railway must be held to account for this debacle. Pretty obvious to anyone who uses trains that guards’ role as operators of doors is necessary. To blame guards for strike is wrong. Good management leads to good industrial relations @SW_Help @swtrains_watch

SWR has found another way to frustrate the Delay Repay claims process by requiring manual entry of journey details on a recognised route (as shown on @nationalrailenq). Strangely, only options listed have longer journey times. Coincidence @railandroad ? #delaywontpay #trainpain

Just heard SWR has not (or has been unable to) pay the agency which supplies a large number of gateline staff. Apparently a very large number of station barriers open and unmanned. @swtrains_watch
