@hackneycouncil Just to be clear that this plan going forward means plans for teaching pool at London Fields Lido are not being taken forward at this time.

I'm so glad that @HackneyCouncil were able to deliver this. This was one of the last projects that I signed off as the Cabinet Member responsible. Thank you again to Cllrs @susorunge, Richard Lufkin and Amir for helping deliver this for the people of Stoke Newington.

@miniminimarket @plasticfreehkny Inn the fenced area near lansdowne drive. Sadly getting mistreated on a daily basis by off lead dogs, people vandalising plants and the pond and people using it as a toilet. The ducks will probably find somewhere safer! Sadly 😢

Cycling includes mostly men who speed (doing more than 20mph) joined recently by heavy battery powered hire bikes plus cargo bikes. In #Hackney many of us no longer feel safe walking in #LondonFields, #BroadwayMarket also on the #Canal towpath! #r4today

@HackneyBelle65 @mayorofhackney Indeed; if you combine oversupply of alcohol, make area a “destination” & reduce level of patrols then this is sadly consequence. There are toilets (as you know) but people would rather piss in wildlife areas & outside people’s houses than wait. More licensed premises coming…
