@SadYonko I think for some it's not that they're prioritizing the drive thru. They're prioritizing app orders. They don't want you ordering at the counter. They want you to use their app. This will let them eliminate staff. I've seen a Starbucks that is app only. It's just a pickup window.

@JustNotTheSam @facetedcarapace I get your point forsure, but it’s honestly kinda crazy the way food places tell their employees to prioritize drive thru orders. Could just be bad luck but I’ve sat at a counter while a kid in a headset stared me down for 20 minutes multiple times lmao.
