A set of Telugu hiring managers came over to my desk and warned ⚠️ me NOT to apply, as those positions were reserved for certain individuals. Shockingly, the HR team also rejected some candidates, claiming they needed "more qualified people," while hiring others with fake F1-OPT resumes. Both Indians and their American bosses were complicit in this misconduct. The whole system ⛓️ is broken. "Reserved" refers to hiring managers selecting candidates from a specific Telugu caste, Chowdarys (Kammas). Later, the FBI got involved, and 350 people were fired —not because of fake resumes, but due to matching grants scams, with all transactions linked to the same bank account. Caste-based hiring at its worst: bypassing hardworking, talented individuals and ignoring proper background checks. That’s caste in action! When Kumar Exclusive met with government officials to investigate crimes in banks in New York City, it took a lot of time to explain what a fake resume actually is. Here's a timeline to help Americans understand the situation with fake experience: Timeline of Fake Experience: 1. 2016: Person completes schooling(10+2) in India. 2. 2020: Person finishes undergrad(3 or 4 years) in India. 3. 2021: Person moves to the U.S. for their master’s program(1-2 years). 4. Fake Work History: LinkedIn profile shows work experience starting from 2013 in the U.S. (fake experience). NOTE: Many Indians omit their schooling history in India. 5. Job Offer: Despite the fake history, person lands a senior-level job in the U.S. NOTE: Based on my investigations, IT job background checks conducted by consultancies or companies are often bogus. 6. H-1B Lottery: Person gets selected in the H-1B lottery with the fake experience. 7. H-1B Stamping: The individual is about to undergo the H-1B visa stamping process in India - THIS IS A LIVE CASE. 8. Luxury Car: Person owns a car in the U.S. (a sign of financial success despite fake experience). NOTE: 90% of Indians buy Teslas, BMWs, and houses due to peer pressure. For the Second Person: 1. May 2023: Second person graduates. 2. Feb 2024: Lands a senior-level job using fake experience. 3. March 2024: Purchases a BMW car, after just 9 months post-graduation. Key Facts: Both are friends, live together, and one of them manages the consultancy that helped them get jobs. These fake practices are leading to unfair advantages in securing jobs and visas while skilled and legitimate candidates are left behind. Follower's Tip: One of my followers scanned several F1-OPT profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media, noticing their luxury lifestyles despite recently landing in the USA.
