@EastMidRailway @LauraDaileyy That doesn’t help those of us stuck on the platform. Can we claim a refund or do you count half a train running late as meeting the standard?

@EastMidRailway not only was the 16:54 train from Stockport to Norwich 20 mins late, but it was PACKED with some people not even able to get on for only standing room. Why am I expected to pay full price for this level of service!? #ridiculous

@EastMidRailway Just been informed by a member of your staff that this train is 2 coaches but it is usually 4, it’s hot and unsafe to have this many people stood on a moving train. You really should be offering some sort of compensation when you’re not delivering the full service people pay for
