Give some love to the @UAM_UMD & other MD @AAUP chapters at Towson, UMBC, Coppin, Frostburg, UMES, UBaltimore, Morgan State (prob missed some!) who have been fighting to pass legislation in MD to grant them collective bargaining rights! 1/5

Appalling. Tribal colleges “are lifelines in Indian Country,” Nama Rep. Leger Fernández said in a statement. “They provide higher education rooted in language, culture and community. These cuts would rob Native students of opportunity and violate our trust responsibilities.”
