@HMRCcustomers I've tried to submit the return at various intervals all day. The X support goes offline at 4pm. The support phone line is offline until Monday. Are you able to reassure customers that are unable to submit and who have submission deadlines today that they will not face penalties?

@HMRCcustomers The service availability page (#planned-downtime" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">gov.uk/government/pub…) says that downtime is planned for tomorrow, but the API Platform status page (…-status.production.tax.service.gov.uk) says that the "Production environment" is "Under Maintenance". Please urgently raise this issue with the technical team.
