@dcinvestor agree for sure, great way to help stay in a calorie deficit when trying to cut some weight. makes morning coffee that much more of a treat also!

i’ve gotten in the habit of doing overnight fasts and working out in the morning, not eating until 11 AM or 12 PM was hard for a few days, but now i absolutely prefer it only thing is gotta watch the protein intake on 2 meals a day
