Executive assistant update He went downhill quickly on the drive. There was no way he would have made it to my other options (Pittsburg or Columbus) Stable for now. Verdict: Diabetes with a bit of resulting kidney damage. Treatable. Heart condition. Also treatable. The problem is both of them in conjunction. His system cannot be quickly flushed out without risk of drowning in fluids or cardiac arrest. So, he goes to a veterinary ICU unit tomorrow for a gradual approach. He is not out of the woods yet and we may lose him. However, if the fluid buildup can be alleviated, he'll be fine. He will just require a special diet and some meds. In practical, less emotional matters, he owes me $10,000.00 so far. 😂 (He's worth it)
