@KColbertReport Correction: The library accountability in SB4 was totally taken out of the bill in the final conference committee. This is fine example on how things change in conference committees. Did this have anything to do with the library lobbyists? Mark Shublak and Chris Bandy?

INDIANA - EVANSVILLE WASTE OF TAXPAYERS FUNDS Subject: Library Districts A 35 year old taxpayer funded building is being demolished and a new facility is being constructed on the same parcel. This library located on the westside of VANDERBURGH County has temporarily moved into the former Liberty Credit Union building adjacent to the library. This is wasteful. There is so much money 💰 that even bonds are not needed to complete projects. It must be pay as you go to leverage taxpayers funds. The assessment must be lowered on the property taxes to ensure the eradication of this waste. The library board of directors are taking advantage of unfettered access to an open checkbook. Oh but you’re against educating the children “they” will say. No, there must accountability and oversight of the rouge board members overseeing public funds. This is a legislative matter that the Indiana legislature refuses to fix. The VANDERBURGH library system has its own Foundation too. The taxpayers funds are being redirected outside of public oversight with those elusive public-private partners. Btw, this is the same library that provided tampons and sanitary napkins in the MENS RESTROOM. 🚽 It was shutdown after public pressure, but the same board members are still advocating for abusing taxpayer funds. @Trevor4indiana @Jim_Banks @GovBraun @LGMicahBeckwith @MicahBeckwith @PaulaCopenhaver @Indy_reporter_ @MsStarDreamer @TruthRenagade

@KColbertReport What will happen to libraries once their budget oversight goes to elected boards like county councils ? This was put in SB8 this legislative session. However, I don’t think this part of the bill starts until 2029. 😡

Thank you for standing in support of SB 119. Protecting children must be the priority — and that means protecting all children under 18. As currently written, this bill falls short. Limiting the age definition and treating grooming as anything less than a felony on the first offense leaves real victims unprotected at the most critical stage — before physical assault, before abduction, before lives are permanently altered. My 15-year-old son was groomed by a 34-year-old teacher. If this language had been in place then, there would have been no viable charge at the grooming stage. Haley Buzbee was 17. Had her parents taken evidence of grooming to authorities before her abduction, this bill — as written — would not have allowed prosecutors to act. Law enforcement’s hands would have been tied. @beaubuzbee Grooming is not a misunderstanding. It is not a minor lapse in judgment. It is the calculated first step in exploitation. When the law minimizes that step, predators are emboldened. If we are serious about protecting children, the definition must include anyone under 18, and the charge must be a felony from the outset. Prevention is the goal — not waiting until after the worst has already happened. Strengthen SB 119 so it truly protects Indiana’s children. @P4PUnited @truthfighter33 @Ansgar_3 @swfstoptraffick @P_MilkCarton @Amerifuture @HL_Republicans

INDIANA BLOOMINGTON PUBLIC LIBRARY 12/30/2025 The DEI cancer is still rampant in Indiana and the WOKE City of Bloomington. Change my mind! A man cannot have a period. So why hasn’t the Mid States Corridor been a bigger story in Indiana? Our governor, who has made a fortune on logistics, supports a strongly local opposed multi-billion dollar project, that could conceivably net his company a fortune? duboiscountyfreepress.com/jasper-council…

IEDC CORRUPTION The public has been SCREAMING 🙀 about the money laundering of the public-private partnerships between government officials and their crony corporation partners. Imagine using Hoosiers tax money as an ATM machine with zero accountability to the public. Remember the feckless politicians, on both sides of the aisle, blocked the Indiana State Board of Accounts and the general public to access public records; this was intentional. The current Legislators are complicit and have ignored their constituents. The economic development boards in nine regions of the State of Indiana were used as catalyst to create Data Centers, absconding of our real estate, assuring astronomical utility costs through the IURC to fund “Green deals” and allow for international infiltration while the public footed the bill. The Corporations “paid to play” by transferring millions of donations to the IEDC Foundation still overseen by former Indiana Governor Holcomb. @GovBraun knew it, so to virtue signal to the public, @GovBraun contracts with a WEF participating accounting firm at the cost of $800,000 to identify anomalies. All of this under guise of “Economic Development” overseen by unelected officials and business associates of elected officials. The second boondoggle of money laundering to be exposed is the “Mental Health” farce. When will Hoosiers realize politicians are NOT representing Hoosiers, but special interest, lobbyists, and donors? The Indiana Democrats are blaming Indiana Republicans and see this as an opportunity to have Hoosiers pivot to a Democrat Administration. Here’s a better deal, fire all their asses. @INFREEDOMCAUCUS will be running #HoosierFirst candidates in upcoming elections, choose Statesmen over political parties. Stay informed. Purdue University (@LifeAtPurdue), which publicly claimed in May to have ended all DEI initiatives after losing $34 MILLION in federal funding, is operating a "Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee (EDIC)." EDIC is just ANOTHER NAME for DEI. Meeting documents reveal that the university was making new appointments to this committee as recently as September 8th. This university needs to be immediately investigated and defunded @DOGE

🚨 EXCLUSIVE 🚨 White House Records Director Who Caused the National Archivist To Prompt The Raid On Mar-a-Lago By Biden’s @FBI & DOJ Is Still Employed By The Trump White House!!! David S. Ferriero, the 10th Archivist of the United States (2009–2022), played a pivotal role in the controversy surrounding President Donald Trump’s handling of federal records that led to him being indicted (falsely and maliciously) during the 2024 Presidential election. After Trump left office in January 2021, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), under Ferriero’s leadership, alleged (falsely and maliciously) that 15 boxes of presidential records had been taken to Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate. Ferriero accused Trump of violating the Presidential Records Act (PRA), which allows the President to transfer his records to NARA at the end of their administration. Ferriero claims he requested the return of these records, and in February 2022, NARA retrieved the boxes from Mar a Lago. Unable to contain his disdain for President Trump, Ferriero referred the matter to the Department of Justice (DOJ) under @JoeBiden, citing potential violations of federal laws, including the Espionage Act. Ferriero stretched the PRA’s enforcement, as the law lacks strong punitive measures, and his referral to the DOJ escalated the situation, and ultimately prompted the FBI’s August 8, 2022 raid on Mar-a-Lago. It was Archivist David Ferriero who informed the House Oversight Committee in a February 18, 2022 letter that “classified national security information” was allegedly found in the 15 boxes taken to Mar a Lago, and that he notified the Biden Justice Department about potential violations of the Presidential Records Act. Read his letter here: archives.gov/files/foia/fer… There never would have been a Jack Smith Special Counsel trying to jail President Trump during the 2024 Presidential election without former @USNatArchives Archivist David Ferriero. In a Washington Post @wapo article from May 11, 2022 that explained how the DOJ investigation into Trump’s records was initiated, Ferriero is quoted saying that White House Records Director Philip Droege is the person who alerted him to the 15 missing boxes of Trump documents. “Regarding the material Trump took to Florida, Ferriero said he was told by the White House Office of Records Management about a group of boxes in the White House residence that should go to the Archives.” Ferriero’s interpretation of the PRA and his DOJ referral were politically motivated, given the unprecedented nature of such a raid on a president’s residence and the double standard with Joe Biden, who had classified documents in his garage inside his Corvette at his personal residence in Wilmington, Delaware. Fast forward to 2025, and this situation has become even more dire. The July 2025 Annual Report to Congress on White House Personnel that was just released reveals that Philip Droege is currently serving as the White House Director of Records Management. See screenshot below. 👇🏻 As Archivist, Ferriero interacted with Droege, who served as the longtime Director of the White House Office of Records Management. During a tour of the National Archives by White House records staff near the end of Trump’s first term, Ferriero presented Droege with a plunger, referencing reports of Trump flushing documents down White House toilets, further inflaming attacks on President Trump @realDonaldTrump and his administration by the Fake News Media. Why is the White House @WhiteHouse still employing Philip Droege, who is friends with David Ferriero, the Trump hater who facilitated the raid on Mar a Lago via DROEGE’S INTEL????? Hopefully the White House isn’t taking advice from Droege on what counts as a presidential record! @POTUS @SusieWiles @SergioGor @JDVance

INDIANA 2025 Indiana regulators approve new rules for data centers seeking grid connection. These new regulations will apply to new or expanded facilities with a capacity of at least 70MW. Do you understand why “your” elected officials from city, county, and State are being secretive regarding the Data Centers. Imagine the arrogance of these elected officials to participate in behind the scene deals. Canceling meetings, hiding money through not-for-profits. Utility regulators in Indiana have approved a settlement agreement that sets clear rules for connecting data centers and other large-load users to the grid. The revised tariff agreement ensures that large load users like data centers will pay for the grid upgrades necessary to serve them, preventing the costs from being passed on to existing customers. However, Indiana politicians have other plans; try to ask them. The agreement came after a settlement filed by Indiana Michigan Power (I&M), the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor, Citizens Action Coalition of Indiana, Amazon Data Services, Google, Microsoft, and the Data Center Coalition in November 2024. In addition, the new settlement agreement will amend I&M’s industrial power tariff, which will apply to any new or expanded facilities with a contract capacity of at least 70MW or 150MW aggregated across a company. The agreement will also defer cost allocation issues to future proceedings instead of setting a cost allocation or specific methodology for large-load customers. Indiana is seeing significant capacity growth across its footprint. I&M projects that peak load capacity in Indiana will jump to more than 7GW by 2030, up from 2.8GW today. I&M plans to use the funds accrued to support grid modernization efforts across the state. The Indiana data center market saw substantial growth through 2024. Amazon, Microsoft, and Google have all announced major campus projects in Indiana this year. Meta, US Signal, DataBank, Netrality, and Digital Crossroads also have a presence in Indiana. However, there have been concerns that the sector's growth is unsustainable. In October, Indiana consumer and environmental advocacy organization Citizens Action Coalition (CAC) called for a moratorium on new hyperscale data centers that power artificial intelligence. This is why there is a surge in detrimental “Solar Farms” , tax credits and abatements for developers, property tax increases, toll roads and etc. We the taxpayers are funding the Data Centers with zero benefit to Hoosiers. datacenterdynamics.com/en/news/data-c… datacenterdynamics.com/en/news/indian… @MicahBeckwith @LGMicahBeckwith @SenatorBanks @Jim_Banks @Indy_reporter_ @AdamsCoINGOP @indgop @Indiana_EDC @EvansvilleINGov @Hoosierdaddyone @Hoosier_truth @hoosier_friend @TruthRenagade @MsStarDreamer

The boy in the picture below now says gender transitioning "ruined my life."
Diana Alastair💚🤍💜 ⚢ ❌❌✡️@sappholives83

I’m sure you all remember Avery Jackson, the “trans girl” who, at 9, was on the cover of National Geographic. Avery was given the gold standard in gender affirming care: he was chemically castrated and sterilized with “blockers” to hold off male puberty. Nevertheless, he does not pass, and never will. Now, at age 17, Avery has come out as “nonbinary” — but that’s not the worst part. He also identifies as asexual, meaning that he doesn’t experience sexual attraction. This is undoubtedly the result of the medication used to delay male puberty; the president of WPATH, Dr, “Marci” Bowers, has said on camera that so-called puberty blockers, which are used to chemically castrate sex offenders, chemically castrate the young boys who take them as well, leaving them incapable of arousal or orgasm. For adult sex offenders, the process is reversible. For boys like Avery, the effects are permanent. He will never feel sexual attraction, or any of the experiences that accompany it. He is completely sterile; he can never father a child, and his own childhood was spent in the national spotlight. The blockers he was given have also stunted his growth and mental development in irreversible ways. All of these things were stolen from him, and he has said that transitioning “ruined my life.” It’s high time that we stop pretending that children can make an informed decision to transition or take blockers, even if their doctors are honest about the risks and consequences — which most are not. Blockers are not reversible: the intellectual deficits they cause will never repair themselves, and neither will the damage done to the child victim’s emotional intelligence and maturity. This will, of course, make it easier to push them into transitioning; ie, to sell them hormones and provide surgical alterations. Parents like Avery’s, who try to monetize their child’s struggles with gender identity, belong in prison, not on television, and so do the doctors who are complicit in his chemical castration and sterilization.
