@ZARA_Care me dejaron el pedido en la calle en la puerta sin ni siquiera haber llamado y logicamente alguien se lo llevo y la foto me dicen que es la prueba de que lo entregaron y no me dan soluciones me dicen que es mi problema, me parece vergonzoso para una compañia como Zara.

@ZARA_Care @Zara I received a denim jeans on 23rd March and requested a return the same day. I followed up multiple times (1st April, 4th April, 16th April) and have called at least 10 times. Every time I’m told “pickup will happen within 48 hours,” but nothing has been done.
