@pope2023 Possibly a published immunoassay study of preterm neonates showing wildly diff results from tests run with adult patients. In other words you can't use tests designed for adults on very young babies whose systems are not properly formed. Such a report cd easily be hard to find.

@RonWinter6 That's what expert witnesses are for. On a deeply technical level, are you expecting a small paragraph hidden in hundreds of thousands of pages to prove she dindu nuffink?

Expecting the defence to locate the most relevant bit of exculpatory evidence at a first trial is utterly absurd. Such evidence cd be buried in the internal report of a obscure foreign lab. It wd only come to light following a conviction and international publicity on a case.

Before a scientist publishes a supposedly new idea they will search the literature to see if similar work has already been done. But it is NOT FEASIBLE to check every report that's ever been published. This is comparable with a defence team's search for exculpatory evidence.

Are the consultants, Evans & co, the police, CPS lying when they state Lucy Letby's guilt? I think so, for it is the apparent certainty they hold, which cannot be justified, that is the lie There was never reasonable suspicion of deliberate harm, by anyone, let alone certainty

@markjurgenmayes Looks like Jayaram and Brearey had much to lose by not getting rid of LL in May 2017. From the minutes and emails just released by Thirlwall they were both staring down the barrel of being reported to GMC and/or being managed out. The accusations appear to have saved them both.

To keep attacking Letby they cooked up the scheme to "pique the interest of the police".

@Sammyjo1954 @GistWillie42455 The specialists lied. The roster chart lies. Dewi Evans is a charlatan. Lucy Letby is clearly innocent. Nobody ever saw her do anything wrong. The deaths and collapses all have a natural explanation. The spike in deaths was caused by the admissions policy.

@DavidDavisMP It's time a cross party group of MPs came together to state their concerns about Lucy Letby's case. We know they exist and we know they may be hesitant to speak up individually. It must be made clear to the CCRC that a significant number of lawmakers expect them to act quickly.

@robert_vanes Yes the whole prosecution narrative makes even less sense since the new pre 2015 charges were deemed not to meet the evidential threshold. We're supposed to believe she wanted to be a neonatal nurse from her childhood but waited till June 2015 before starting her murder spree!!!

No doubt there were Evanses & Bohins & Hindmarshes etc in the past, & they got people hanged, mostly likely - without a second thought about it. & would do again. How can some of the worst people, morally & intellectually, be deemed, or identify as, 'experts'? It's all shit!

@kynohy @HitchensReal She kept the "confession" notes, searched Facebook, her reactions on arrest, her responses to police and court questions. All of these are what you'd expect of an innocent woman who believed she'd nothing to hide. Everything about her screams INNOCENCE. Obvious from the start.

Even if there had been no Dr Shoo Lee and his panel. Even if there had been no New Yorker article. Even if there had been no 'discovery' of Jayaram's explicit lie regarding Baby K. It would still be obvious that Lucy Letby is innocent.
