Govt could conceivably step in, but until then I think title insurance cos are here to stay. (P.S. maybe we need to redo that panel with @FairweatherPhD this time!)

@FairweatherPhD @glennkelman I sat on a panel with @SVBridget at @techstars. I was bullish on blockchain for title. She wasn't. 4 years later, she looks smarter. Uncle Harry can still sign away an unrecorded quitclaim deed and it's legal. Torrens first, blockchain second, no? And that's a BIG first.
