@mynameisharry @SimonHasw8 @monzo I have to agree and say your experience is a one off.
Recently had an issue with their home insurance offering. Not their fault and raised it with the third party provider. Had £20 GWG for something that wasn’t directly their fault and fixed the issue within days. Great CS!

I don't like calling out companies, but I have to say that @monzo has the absolute worst customer support I've seen in a long time.

Never,ever will I order a home xelivery from @Morrisons again. I can't go food shopping due to poor mobility and no public transport here so ordered from Morrisons for later today. They've just cancelled. Thanks guys

@SkyUK WHY can’t I speak to anyone in the UK anymore? Madness. Nobody wants to give you a deal, 14 years of loyalty gone simply because the deals are atrocious. Your own staff agree, Sky has gone downhill and forgetting its “legacy” customers for no reason. Really disappointed!

@virginmedia @daley_parking Why wouldn’t you be able to use W3W? It points to an exact location of the cabinet!
Simply put in the three words on their website and then you can even push it into Google Maps for street view (although this is built into the web version on the website)! Easy! “Tech Company”
