@hellosuper I’ve been waiting over 10 days to get a response for two fixes I submitted. Why do you constantly claim it’s “under review?”

@united Can you help connect me with a supervisor in the baggage claims center? After United instructed me to submit a claim for luggage, 8+ weeks later the response to my claim was "submit it to another airline" Is that an acceptable level of service for a 1k member?

@united Thank you for your reply. Since claims take "6-8 weeks" and we're past 8 weeks, when should I expect resolution?

Hello @united, me again. It's still been over 8 weeks and other than a message from your twitter team saying "an agent is looking into it" I have still received 0 communication from anyone about my baggage claim. So glad I'm a 1k member.

@united Hi! I’m a 1K member. My bags didn’t arrive with me in April, I filed the report 8 weeks ago, and still no response from your baggage resolution team. With how much I travel with United, I am sorely disappointed with my service. A status inquiry 2 weeks ago was ignored.

@Delta showed up to ATL 3 hours and 15 minutes prior to departure. The international check in line was so long by the time we got to the front, they said it was too late for the flight. The entire line was only serviced by one agent most of the time. Help!

@Gap just ordered 5 different items from your website. Got an email a day later saying all 5 were out of stock! This isn’t the first time this has happened. Why do you put items out of stock on your website? It seems you’re no longer interested in doing business with me.

Hey @united just spent 20 minutes on hold trying to add a lap infant to my United reservation. Was told I needed to contact code share partner Austrian airlines. Waited on hold with Austrian, was told that “of course Austrian cannot add passengers to a United reservation. Help!

@Marmot Hey guys thanks for the 20 minute hold in order to tell me that I can’t use the 15% “new user” discount coupon because “everything is on sale already.” Well the coupon you sent doesn’t have that restriction, and you just lost a customer over $9.
