If you refuse to record the existence of a people, then that’s what you are doing.
I am beyond words to describe my disbelief that Labor in Canberra thought this was appropriate.
I am not surprised that Labor in Victoria has justifiably called them out on this.
As someone who works with data every day, this statistical insight is needed for all sorts of positive reasons.

@melaniedoak Has anyone actually substantively described what the changes are, do, or affect? How about instead of screaming bloody murder actually describe the issue you have with the actual legislation
English

@SwordOfJusticee @ausstockchick Because the liberal government made the Australian economy reliant on immigration
English

@StevenJMiles Why not do it now you prick. You're in government
English

@PeterWMurphy1 I mean if they supported the Taliban then, yes
English

A group of Afghan women have arrived in Scotland to complete their medical degrees after the Taliban banned them from studying. If this occurred in Australia, Peter Dutton would declare they're "potential terrorists" and "a threat to national security". #WelcomeRefugees #auspol

@Serge_LaU You literally just admitted your answer was deflection. Weak as piss just dismissing points you can't counter as a troll
English

@The____Doctor Quick Google mentions Egypt has taken some, via bribes & without refugee status.
Also mentioned what I stated before, Israel's intention behind Gaza
sydney.edu.au/news-opinion/n…
I'm not interested to continue engaging with a troll - I gave a clear answer & its called deflecting
English

@Serge_LaU Nice deflection. How many are other Arab nations taking
English

@The____Doctor That's the reality in the region, Egypt & Jordan are the more stable countries compared to Lebanon & Syria..
It's a known fact Israel doesn't permit Palestinians to return.
Israel's intention has always been ownership of the entire land - 🇮🇱 coined River to the Sea.
English

@Serge_LaU Piss poor answer for why none of them are taking then now.
English

@The____Doctor I'm not an expert, but I would say majority would be from 6 day war & proceeding incursions (since illegal settlements have expanded)
The surrounding nations are either failed states or dependant on US aid - neither in a condition for indefinite intake of refugees.
English

@Serge_LaU When did those Palestinians end up in jordan. It wasn't during this conflict. Why haven't any surrounding Arab nations taken in refugees during this conflict
English

@The____Doctor Palestinians in Jordan, don't want to return to Palestine & are pawns against Israel now? I thought your initial argument was about them commiting acts of terror in Jordan...
Jordanian authorities would argue thats Israel's intentions & I would agree, Israel wants all of 🇵🇸
English

@Serge_LaU They actually don't, and the Arab union won't let them be naturalised so they can be used as pawns against Israel. It's not even a secret
English

@The____Doctor Well if Palestinians were doing all these bad things, why would there be so many of them - you would think Jordan would 'fight back' & why not naturalised..Because they're refugees..they would want to return home
English

@PeterCronau How can anyone listen to that and not agree? It's nice that these rich politicians that live behind gates get to take such risks with public safety
English

Our media are platforming and promoting this man — knowingly.
Peter Dutton@Hon_PeterDutton
Not one Hamas supporter should be allowed into Australia. Anthony Albanese must reassure Australians that proper security checks are in place.
English

@Serge_LaU @StormingTime @RashidZSZ @AdamBandt .......and that's a good thing? Why are they still Palestinians and not naturalised? Because they are kept in permanent refugee status.
English

@The____Doctor @StormingTime @RashidZSZ @AdamBandt And yet there's more Palestinians in Jordan than Jordanians
English

@StormingTime @RashidZSZ @AdamBandt The reasons why Arab countries are against taking Palestinians is
1 - Israel won't allow them to return
2 - Neighbouring countries ain't rich (Egypt & Jordan are dependent on US aid) & Lebanon is nearly a failed state
3 - Palestinians ain't evil, zero issues w them in Chile
English

@FunkyChicken251 @Ohhbeans @MotoBakin That's fine, don't then tell me you're not the kind of person that rides like that.
English

@The____Doctor @Ohhbeans @MotoBakin A championship on the line and he’s doing anything he can to win it. He didn’t t-bone the guy and try to hurt him, like plenty of other riders that aren’t talented have done in the past. So yeah, he’s not a guy who fucks around for fun, he was just trying to win however he could.
English

@Ohhbeans @MotoBakin He is saying that's not really me. Yes it is. Push comes to shove and true colours come out
English

@The____Doctor @MotoBakin He wasn’t kidding though. What are you talking about?
English

@MotoBakin By definition it is you now. You can't do something shitty and say, just kidding
English

Great take from @Peter_Fitz.
We are all Raygun.
And the whingers and bores and miseryguts' be damned.

@xrpadastra @Peter_Fitz The issue is probably that breaking should never have been an Olympic part, IMO.
English

@StivChit @TMFScottP @time2boom @Peter_Fitz A fabulous human doesn't bring their community into disrupte and would send someone worthy to the games
English

@TMFScottP @time2boom @Peter_Fitz She sucked scott , dosent detract from her being a fabulous human, but she fucking sucked as a break dancer that’s the point champ
