Most men are losing in three areas simultaneously. And they don't even realise it. The three pillars that changed everything for me 🧵

@Daily_Journaler Completely agreed. It's also an art form if one practices the various ways of writing. I'm currently learning to beautify the writing, currently im practicing calligraphy writing. It's difficult but very rewarding.

@TobyForged Awesome routine. Yep, the old fashion pen and paper method is important because it forces your mind to slow down. For me, there's nothing like starting the day with some coffee, lofi music, and journaling. Love it.

One of the most efficient ways to gain mental clarity is journaling with pencil and paper. I do 45 minutes every morning with classical music in the background. No agenda, just whatever is in my head until it starts to make sense. The whole day flows differently after that.

@sheshn94 That's great to hear: writing with pencil and page in general has got no creative limitations. It's an art form.

@OptiMindInsight Alcohol was my biggest limitation Once I cut it out: training, sleep, energy, strength all became way better.

Anxiety gets worse when your life has no direction. Because your mind is built to solve problems and move toward things. When there's nothing real to move toward, it invents threats instead. It's not broken. It's bored. Desperate for something to care about. Give it direction.

Laugh at yourself when you mess up. Weak men get mad and hide their mistakes. A real man sees the funny side and keeps moving. Life hits everyone so learn to laugh. Taking yourself too serious makes you soft. Laugh at your own fail and get back to work right now.

@javier_otieno1 Meditation is also great! I do 20 minutes of Zen meditation after journaling while staring into a candle light, What type of guided meditation do you do?

@TobyForged I do that after guided meditation. I've achieved state-flow several times with that. In those moments, nothing else seems to matter more than this scribbling exercise.

One of the most powerful forces in life is discipline Being able to continually do something over and over again Most people are controlled by emotions. Discipline ignores emotions It shows up tired It shows up stressed It shows up when nobody’s watching What they call talent is discipline

Yeah, it's more about taking action than relying on talent as well.. Most of the people we look at as "talented" just put in way more hours of practice than us. It is true that some people have an inclination toward a certain field of work or craft, and are naturally good at it. But to become great at it, they still have to dedicate a lot of time!

Your future isn’t built in big moments. It’s built in the habits no one notices, the routines nobody applauds, and the work nobody sees. Every disciplined action is a deposit into the life you're trying to create. Keep stacking them. 🔥

@theandreilucian Being afraid of criticism is not the way to move forward in life. Some people won't like what you're doing, and that's fine. Keep it moving anyhow.

I used to be afraid of criticism. I thought negative comments meant I was failing. I tried to please everyone. I avoided controversy. Then I learned: Criticism means you're visible. Invisible people don't get criticized. Be visible. Accept criticism. Keep going.

@rajmichaelsfit That's very true. It's the discipline to do something difficult that bleeds into all other areas of life as well.

@gbscoach Lack of action is more dangerous. A lot of people that aren't perhaps highly intelligent still find a way to succeed because they take relentless action.

What is more dangerous to success? Lack of intelligence or lack of action? Execution compounds while ideas decay. Behavioral activation. Lack of action.
