Only sort of. No NATO countries took part in overthrowing the Taliban. A few members joined the US in the invasion of Iraq, but ti wasn't a NATO operation. And you also have to consider the US joining in the Bosnia War and Kosovo War and the Libya attacks. None of those were defensive but the US showed up when asked. It provided much more than the entirely of other NATO members did in peacekeeping operations in Afghanistan and Iraq. If you're trying to shame the US, it still has a bunch of blank ink on its side of the ledger.

Looks like two MH-6 were included in the event in Iran. Debris shows two main rotors, these can’t be refuelled midair and need to be stowed in an aircraft. If that aircraft isn’t going anywhere, neither are the little birds.
