About Me: My Personal Story and Announcement Hi…. My name is Drew aka Triumphant Life. I have been a registered nurse and real estate investor for over a decade. I have worked all over the country as a staff nurse and as a travel nurse. As many of you know nurses make a living, but not enough for the stress and pressure nurses deal with on a daily basis. I knew I would never find the financial or time freedom I was looking for as a Nurse. I work in the Bay area where nurses make $200k plus per year. I Still wasn't happy. As you know burnout is real in nursing. I love helping people, but after COVID I realized that my family and time are the most important things in life. I spent many nights and weekends away from them wondering if there was something I could do to solve my pain. One night at work I wrote down 3 things that were important to me. There were 3 things I wanted to change about my life. 1. I wanted to control my own schedule. 2. I wanted to be in control of how much money I could make. 3. I wanted to control where I wanted to live. Well guess what....I found something that can do all 3. I found affiliate and digital marketing. Through this I could make money by promoting other people’s products. Have you ever felt like your average at a lot but not great at anything? That was me.  I didn't feel like I was an expert at anything to create any products or courses.  Affiliate marketing solved that problem. I am also creating products to help teach others what I have learned on my journey. I wanted to work remotely and affiliate marketing checked that box. You only need a cell phone and internet connection. I could be on the beach watching the waves while working. Now I could live wherever I wanted. Another problem solved!! I wanted more time to spend with my family. I was tired of working weekends and missing important family events. I was tired of missing football on the weekends with friends. I was tired of working Christmas, Thanksgiving and New years. Affiliate and digital marketing allows me to set my own schedule and work as much or as little as I want. Another problem solved!! Now, I can say that I've found a career that aligns with my goals of financial and time freedom. This path has not only provided an alternative income stream, but also the opportunity to be there for my family when they need me the most. It's a life-changing decision that I'm grateful for every day. 🚨🚨In the next few days I will be releasing an eBook that will help teach you some the things I have learned on my journey. I hope that this will create time, money and freedom for you as well. 🚨🚨

Its 7pm Mtn time and I'm just getting home sitting down lol. I ended up doing 6 different projects today, gave 5 bids (got them all) and had to actually turn down one bid because I'm booked out for 3 weeks and they needed the junk removed by tomorrow. I feel so fortunate and blessed right now! Things are really growing with this business. Ill add pics in the thread after I eat lol.

Little bit of an oops yesterday… Right after my last post, the JDP Truck took a hit. Culprit: a tree branch. Only going ~15mph… still ripped through the corner and tore the seal. Not ideal. Threw together a quick fix to keep the rain out. First time using some of these tools too 😂 Watch the video of us figuring it out. On the bright side, we might have our first junk removal job today: old fridge + fire pit pickup. Just part of the process, I’ll keep y’all posted !
