It was taken in August 2012 in Constanța, Romania, while she was promoting the charity “Romanian Angels,” located near a U.S. military base and run by U.S. Colonel Otto Busher. A whistleblower uncovered the “charity” as a front for trafficking underage girls, but authorities did not investigate.
