Andrew is all over the files, having visited the Epstein island a number of times, with some really scary photographs in the files.

The first is a massive bearish divergence already active on the weekly and monthly charts. The second is a clear bearish flag pointing directly toward the 70k region. The third is a potential head-and-shoulders structure that is still very much in play. The entire system is under pressure, banks are stressed, and silver is forcing liquidations one after another. Ask yourself why banks are suddenly borrowing more and more just to cover silver exposure. This is not normal behavior We are living in extreme times, and once again what I warned about is playing out. Most people ignore fundamentals until it’s too late, but the market right now is structurally bearish and can break at any moment. I am bullish only on gold and silver, ultra-bearish on stocks and Bitcoin, and positioned with large shorts from between 115-125k. If the market gives me 97–107k, I will add more serious size to shorts, and I will also close the spot position from 85k and roll those profits straight into the short side. This week on Tuesday we will see CPI Inflation data, forecasted at 2,7%. Otherwise nothing more interesting to happen this week. January 15 matters because U.S. lawmakers vote that day on the CLARITY Act, a law that decides how crypto is regulated. If it passes, it moves one big step closer to becoming real law. This would finally make clear who controls crypto and what rules apply. 1/ Tesla dispose de data que les autres n'ont pas, or c'est absolument capital en IA.
2/ Tesla est verticalement intégré, ce qui apporte moultes avantages concurrentiels.

Je pense que l'avance du FSD se réduit assez vite.
Ce système va être disponible pour tous les constructeurs, @nvidia continue en plus un énorme push sur l'open-source, ce qui va bénéficier à tout le monde.
Les constructeur @MercedesBenz , @GM , @Toyota , @Jaguar ( @LandRover ) , @volvocars , @Rivian , @Hyundai_Global , @BYDCompany , @XPengMotors , @PolestarCars , @NIOGlobal , @nuro utilisent déjà ou ont annoncé qu'ils allaient utiliser NVIDIA Drive.
NVIDIA Drive c'est déjà utilisé pour des robot taxis comme les @zoox .
Et au passage, Tesla utilise du NVIDIA pour ses data centers & son AI Training avec des GPU comme les A100 & H100.
Bref, la concurrence ça a du bon (sauf pour les trains).

French-American here — spent 20 yrs in France, 13 in the US. Let me speak to this.
I think the only reason Europoors tolerate their miserable existence is because they tell themselves lies about what the rest of the world is like. They eat gruel in their AC-less social housing while the most awesome party in history is being thrown just next door.
If you hang out in France, you'll routinely hear them say things like: "in the US, people die in front of hospitals" (they literally believe this to be the case) or "our social system is the envy of the world."
Their image of the US is completely delusional, and they are often shocked to discover that when they visit here. Their Marxist media brainwashed them into thinking America is some Dickensian horror, with Monopoly-style fat capitalists running around with their top hats and monocles, exploiting dirt poor workers.
The reality is that:
* Social security is (unfortunately) the largest gov expense in the US
* Hospitals are by law forbidden to refuse care to people
* Americans are so much richer than French people it's not even funny. The *poorest* of our 50 states (Missisipi) has a GDP per capita of $53k, 36%(!) higher than France's $39k.
Now, how do Americans perceive the French (and Europeans at large)?
Well, the tragic reality is that they really, truly don't think of them. They may cross their minds once a month, at most. Why would they think of that irrelevant backwater of a continent?
The few times they do come to mind, it is, at best, as a quaint vacation spot. A nice place to sip espresso and spend their American dollars — which go such a long way in these third world countries! The closest comparison is how Europeans think of Thailand or Cambodia.
That's at best. At worst, they think they're a lazy, entitled, smug, snobbish, rude people with a bright future behind them, who confuse regulation for progress, don't realize their economies were left in the dust a very long time ago, simply stopped innovating because they've lost the will, ability, or both, and who would rather brag about their 60%(!!) public spending to GDP ratio than fix their communist shit hole of a system.

Le drame de la France ? Tout le débat tourne autour des impôts et de la tuyauterie fiscale, comme si taxer davantage était la solution à tout. Pendant ce temps, nous détournons le regard du vrai problème : l’État Léviathan, obèse et ventripotent, incapable de se réformer. Et en parallèle, nous décrochons technologiquement. Si nous continuons à chercher des boucs émissaires plutôt que des solutions, la France sombrera.
