GHYP would list on Nasdaq under these standards, pushing the commodity trust framework further down the digital asset market cap spectrum. the sponsor’s position that HYPE is not a security is backed by a Davis Polk memo applying Howey/Reves structurally it’s the full institutional template: Delaware statutory trust, grantor trust tax treatment, SIC code 6221 (commodity contracts dealers), Coinbase custody, BNY Mellon as transfer agent/admin, in-kind + cash create/redeem via APs in 10,000-share baskets. filing also contemplates staking, referencing the IRS’s 2025 Revenue Procedure safe harbor for grantor trust vehicles on national exchanges.

この記事の最後に今後の日本の展望として「Connected Money」というコンセプトで説明してくれるんだけど、それが印象的でした。 円、米ドル、CBDC、トークン化〇〇、ステーブルコインなど分断されたマネーが、「競争」ではなくいかにしてに「接続」するかというのが今後の論点になりそうです。 円とドルの為替をオンチェーン化できる可能性の話とかもおもしろかった。

Four Pillarsのこちらの記事読み終わりました。MoneyX当日はFour Pillarsが出展したブースにいる時間が長くセッションを見る時間がほとんどなかったので大変ありがたいまとめです！ 日本の金融領域におけるブロックチェーンの現在地を理解するのにとてもわかりやすいレポートになってると感じました。 Four Pillarsのこのレポートの強みは明確です。単なるイベントレポートにとどまらず日本の市場を「構造」として提示してくれています。 例えば、個別プロダクトではなくインフラ、銀行、資本市場、規制、UXを横断して整理してくれています。この視点は日本語圏のレポートではあまり見られません。 ぜひMoneyXに行かれた人もそうじゃない人にも読んでもらいたい。

@selfcondor えーそうなんですね、、 そこ微妙ポイントですね。設計的にはラップドじゃなくても「hBTC」という表像だとユーザーからしたらラップドとあまり変わらない😅 てことはやっぱりhBTCは完全独自流動性市場になる可能性が高いのか。うーん。今のSuiの課題ど真ん中の部分なので結構大変そうかも。

@crypt0crypt0___ devnetアプリではhBTCというシンボルが使われているみたいですね！ マーケティング上はネイティブを強調しているので、あえて表示していないんですかね？

Hashiに感しては流動性の部分が心配です。 HashiはBitcoin上からBTCを動かさない仕組みです。そのためBTCの流動性はオフチェーンでよくて、必ずしもSui上にBTC流動性は不要かと思ったんですが、Bitcoinはトランザクション入ってから確定まで遅い。普通に10分以上くらいかかる。 でも清算イベントは即時性が必要です。なぜなら10分20分の時間差で価格がズレるから。 清算者のリスクを考えると、Sui側にもBTC流動性が必要なんですよね。じゃあ機関規模のBTC流動性を誰が提供するんだろうという問題が出てきますよね。 これがちゃんと整備されないとHashiがあっても機関は大した額は入れないんじゃないだろうか。

週末、CMEが閉まってる間の代替ヘッジ市場としてハイリキが機関投資家に注目されてるらしい。
