@pzspecialagent Yes normally when they bitch about repair costs, I agree that maybe that new Samsung is better for them, then I point out the closest Samsung store when they have a question or problem.

@GRgrumblings There was even an old guy with an iMac that barely made it walking up anyway and he’d been sitting there for 20 mins. It was crazy. Everyone else made sure the old man was first.

@GRgrumblings I remember a near riot because some dude cut in front of everyone and demanded he was first but was just in his car, a lady was like “bitch, don’t you think we’d all have been in our cars if that was how it worked?”

@roguegenii @GRgrumblings @UncreativePro It’s not that great, metrics are high, call time and your availability is always monitored - set schedule was nice. Getting yelled at in your own home sucks.

My new retail experience idea - it’s a warehouse with a pickup window. Order online, swing by, enter info, pick up product.

Reading all that’s going down I know I got out in time. I feel for my coworkers, it sounds like it just keeps getting worse. Starting to wonder why Apple Retail even exists.
