@zazmic_inc @PeterDiamandis I had the same take and that means the formula is there. Smaller niches lets say with a tam that’s just 10%, with similar momentum can bring 40.1m in rev… I’ll take 2 or 3 of those.

The one-person unicorn era has arrived. Medvi: $401 million in revenue in year one. One founder. One brother hired after hitting $400M. AI made this possible.

I just built a Claude Cowork skill that turns your Google Ads data into a visual performance dashboard in 60 seconds 🤯 One prompt → campaign breakdowns, CPA trends, spend vs conversions charts, and hourly conversion patterns, all rendered as an interactive HTML dashboard you open in Chrome. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are pulling Google Ads data into spreadsheets every week, manually building charts, and spending an hour formatting a report that's outdated by the time you send it. If you're managing Google Ads and your weekly reporting workflow looks like this — export a CSV, open Google Sheets, build a pivot table, copy the numbers into a slide deck, manually create charts, format everything, realize you forgot a campaign, start over ... This skill does the whole thing in one prompt: → Connects to your live Google Ads data via MCP → Pulls spend, conversions, CPA, ROAS, CTR across every campaign → Builds an interactive HTML dashboard → Summary cards at the top: total spend, total conversions, avg CPA, avg ROAS → Bar chart comparing spend vs conversions by campaign → CPA trend line over the last 30 days → Campaign table ranked by performance, color-coded green/yellow/red → Opens in Chrome: hover over charts, compare campaigns, screenshot for your team No spreadsheets. No manual chart building. No hour-long formatting sessions. What you get: → A visual dashboard from live data in under 60 seconds → Campaign performance you can actually see, not just read in a table → CPA trends that show you where things are heading, not just where they are → A dashboard you can screenshot and drop into Slack, a client report, or a team standup → Reusable — run it weekly and the data updates automatically One prompt. Live data. A finished dashboard you open in your browser. I put together a playbook with the full skill file, the setup, and the exact prompts to customize the dashboard for your account. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "DASH" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

I built the ultimate GTM Engineer AI Toolkit that handles prospect research, outreach writing, meeting prep, and more in minutes. This is a beginner-friendly walkthrough that shows you exactly how to set it up, use it at work, and personalize it to your business. It can: - Research real prospects and companies - Score accounts against your ICP - Write personalized cold outreach sequences - Generate meeting prep briefs before calls - Help you build a repeatable prospecting pipeline - All using a free toolkit + Claude Code / Codex. This is for SDRs, founders, marketers, and GTM operators who want to use AI to do more at work without buying another expensive tool. I break down the full workflow step by step in the video. 👇 Comment "GTM GUIDE" and I’ll send you the full toolkit. (make sure you're following me so I can DM you)

I’m confused as to why everyone isn’t taking advantage of the absolute easiest way to grow visibility, traffic, and sales from AI search right now. It will never be easier than right now. Let’s go over it again so you can take advantage of it before Q4 ends. But before we dive into the details... If you want a few cheat codes for getting cited inside ChatGPT within the next 30 days, just RT this, follow me, and reply “AI Search Cheat Codes” and I will DM you. You must do all 3 for the DM. Alright, let’s get into it. A lot of B2B companies still treat their content like an afterthought. Blog posts, category pages, comparison pages, documentation, all of it ends up being inconsistent, unstructured, and rarely updated. This completely ignores what’s happening right now: Vendor content is quietly becoming one of the most cited sources inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews. Not because the models “favor” brands. But because brands that structure, refresh, and systematize their content are the easiest to extract from. And this is exactly where AirOps enters the picture. AirOps is the first platform that lets companies monitor their AI visibility, identify gaps, generate production-grade content, and publish directly to their CMS, all in one workflow. I understand that given the fact that I am an AirOps partner you might be skeptical. Fair enough. Do your own research before believing anyone. But the results don't lie (stats below). Teams like Webflow, Klaviyo, Ramp, Apollo, Kayak, and Wiz use AirOps to track how often they’re cited, where they’re losing visibility, and which topics they need to own. AirOps shows the exact questions, themes, and queries where a brand appears (or fails to appear) inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini. This matters because, as Rankscale’s recent study showed (check my post from 2 days ago), AI systems pull from: “Best X tools” “Top Y platforms” “Best alternatives to Z” “How to choose a _____” And a meaningful portion of citations came directly from company blogs, docs, and comparison pages. Not media outlets. Not PR placements. Not guest posts. Their own content. Here’s why this is happening: AI systems need structured, factual content. Clean HTML, question-based H2s, TL;DRs, and schema get lifted most often. Freshness matters. ChatGPT Search and Gemini reward recently updated URLs. Many vendors refresh weekly. Most publishers update yearly. There’s a shortage of neutral, high-quality comparison content. So AI pulls from whoever actually provides the details. What hasn’t been solved, until AirOps, is the loop. Most companies know they need to show up in AI search. They just don’t have a system to: Track their visibility Identify the gaps Produce high-quality, on-brand content Publish at scale Measure what changed AirOps closes that loop. Here’s how... Insights: See exactly where your brand ranks (or doesn’t) across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. Track citations, competitors, category queries, opportunities, gaps, and authority shifts. Action: Turn those insights into production-ready content. Inside AirOps’ Grid, teams generate, refine, review, and publish comparison pages, buying guides, “what is” pages, how-tos, product docs, all with human review and governance. Publishing: Push directly to CMS platforms like Webflow and Contentful. No juggling tools. No spreadsheets. No handoffs. This is why Webflow cut refresh time from weeks to minutes, grew AI-attributed signups from 2 percent to 10 percent, and saw a 40 percent traffic uplift within days. And why Deepgram jumped from 37,000 to 1.5 million visitors. And why Wyndly saw a 28 percent increase in organic customers. And why Chime tripled their AI citations in under a month. When companies connect their internal documentation, customer insights, product data, and brand rules into AirOps, the platform produces content that AI can actually cite, because it’s built on proprietary information competitors don’t have. The future of search isn’t just ranking in Google, but rather it’s ranking inside the answers themselves. If AI can’t find you, your customers can’t either. Brands that start now will own their category in 6 to 12 months. Brands that wait will lose visibility to competitors who moved first. And if you want a few cheat codes for getting cited inside ChatGPT within the next 30 days, just RT this, follow me, and reply “AI Search Cheat Codes” and I will DM you. You must do all 3 for the DM.

I know Claude's MCP feature is confusing the hell out of AI automation builders. I've seen too many smart founders: - Get excited about building AI agents with Claude - Try to connect MCP to n8n - Hit walls with config files and API keys - Give up thinking "this is too technical for me" I tested the official setup guide with 5 non-technical friends. All 5 got stuck within 15 minutes. Common failure points: → Can't find the claude_desktop_config . json file → Don't know where to get n8n API credentials → Syntax errors in config (missing comma, wrong quotes) → MCP won't show up after restart → "Authentication failed" with no explanation The setup process isn't hard for developers. But for founders and business owners? It's a minefield of unexplained technical steps. And even when you GET it connected... The next problem hits: What do you actually build? Most tutorials end at "congratulations, you're connected!" Then you're staring at a blank chat wondering how to turn… "I want an AI agent" into actual working automation. I spent 2 weeks building real agents to map the territory: WHAT WORKS: - Voice note processing → transcription + tool routing - Email triage → categorization + automated actions - Content workflows → generation + distribution - Data enrichment → API calls + storage WHAT STRUGGLES: - Complex conditional logic (needs refinement) - Multi-step decision trees (AI misses edge cases) - Custom API configs (requires technical knowledge) Honest assessment: MCP gives you 40% instantly (workflow skeleton). You build the other 60% (credentials, testing, refinement). It's not "describe it and it works." It's "describe it and get 40% there instantly, then spend time on the remaining 60%." But that 40%? That used to take hours of research and trial-and-error. So to help you get started… I have created a guide on… “How to Build AI Agents and Workflows Using Claude MCP and n8n.” This is for founders & others who want to build AI agents without becoming infrastructure engineers first. Like + Comment "BUILD" for the complete guide. (Must be following for DM access)

Hot take: I actually think ChatGPT Atlas is sick The people hating on it just haven't used it enough Saw a tweet earlier with a cool app idea. I opened the AI sidebar and asked it guide me on building the idea The side bar instantly pulled in the tweet as context, created a business plan, wrote some code, and even gave me recommendations for ideas based on past conversations in ChatGPT The more I use it, the more I find use cases for it Here's the secret: Every site you go to keep the ChatGPT sidebar open Look at the recommendations it makes for how to use it, then think deeply about how using AI could improve your experience on that site The more you do this, the more awesome use cases you'll come up with It's a new paradigm for browsing the internet, so you're not going to know how to use it inside and out in 1 try Use it for a week, think about how you can use AI on every site you visit, and I promise you'll find some awesome use cases for it.
