Oh no, somebody lost about a pound a week. Let’s try to belittle them! This is what’s wrong with people and the 1,200 people that liked this. A lot of people will try to lose two or 3 pounds a week and that stuff is just not healthy and sustainable. This is sustainable.

Well I just unlocked a brand-new “Old Man Level of Dumb” achievement this week, y’all 😂 Apparently I mixed my Reta and GH vials up like a true research genius. So every day the last three days I’ve been happily slamming 4mg of Reta… plus the 4mg I did Sunday. That’s 16mg total for anyone keeping score at home. The side effects are chef’s kiss perfection: zero appetite (silver lining for the dad bod I guess), couldn’t lay flat last night without my stomach throwing a full revolt, and nausea so committed it showed up for overtime. Good times in the research department as always 🧪💀 Keep your damn vials straight, everyone. Or don’t. I’m not your dad.

That was some straight B.S. from the GREAT Geno Auriemma. Never — ever — thought I’d see the day when the greatest woman’s college coach in history would go down so CLASSLESSLY!!! @doubleJ200 @hanz69er I’m not dosing at BB/competitive levels, pinning one dose of 150/week causes me big spikes in RBC/HCT which my urologist hates; I give blood every month at this dose and it’s barely under control. So I switched to every other day. What’s the issue you see with my approach?

I haven’t had a cup of coffee in almost 2 weeks… This is what I use instead, and it wasn’t some “I’m quitting caffeine” decision. I just stopped needing it. What I realized is most people don’t actually need more stimulation in the morning they’re just missing the raw materials their body needs to create energy. Minerals. Amino acids. Proper hydration. If you’re low in minerals, your cells can’t hold onto water the right way. If you’re low in amino acids, your body struggles with recovery, neurotransmitters, and overall function, and when that’s off, you wake up tired… so you reach for coffee to compensate. That used to be me. I’m not saying coffee is bad... but if you feel like you need it just to function, there’s usually something deeper going on.
