It's ironic, since he already won a majority-white district. "What I find so bitterly ironic is their latest frustration is the Supreme Court and a voting rights act case. Raphael Warnock is living proof that a black man can win in a majority-white district. He just did it in Georgia. He doesn't need his own district cut out for him that only a person of color could win. He won in Georgia. He is the single best evidence, he and my friend Tim Scott, that you don't need special districts for people of color to win."
