@TfL hi - one of your inspectors took my son’s old travel card from him today, despite him explaining he has a new one in the post we are currently waiting for - and haven’t yet received. What’s the procedure for following up on this without being a total Karen about things. 🙏

A few weeks ago, our boss accidentally changed our profile picture to a picture of his wedding day. He wanted to forget about it as soon as possible. So we changed everything we could find with our logo on it to a photo of his wedding day as an April Fool's Day surprise.

Mum paid £43 to send me a parcel from France days ago which I have still not received. Today I got a letter saying I must pay £51.85 in order to get it delivered or it will be send back. Merci #brexit 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
