Madlads at @firebox refusing to refund after they sent me a different colour item to the one I ordered. I own 10 of this item in this colour. They changed the image on the site after I ordered so 🤷‍♂️

@firebox so disappointed that @YodelOnline cannot manage their raisin d’être: deliver our parcel. And because they claim to have delivered it, their tracking system doesn’t allow us to speak to a human being. They’re currently looking for our ‘delivered’ parcel at their depot.
