@VerizonSupport Still a garbage ass technical support and troubleshooting. Telling me that I should be thankful that I'm getting overnight shipping for free when I spent damn near my whole day off speaking to representative after representative.

@Verizon crazy how I pay my phone bill on time no late payment ever for 4 years and the one time I need help the store makes me call a number. Then I get charged money on the insurance I paying. Then I can't even get the phone replaced same day in a store I gotta wait..
