Remember when Democrats told us that the only way to stop the flood of immigrants was for congress to pass new "comprehensive immigration" laws? They were lying their asses off, of course. Because as soon as Donald Trump became president the influx stopped cold, and has since reversed itself. In the last year we have seen _negative_ net migration. That's the first time that's happened in fifty years. 650,000 violent criminals have been deported, and there may be millions of illegals who have self-deported. It didn't take a new law. It just took a President who was willing to enforce existing laws.

@dhh 🎯 DISAGREE: That's the vintage tech paradox we romanticize – those "glorious" Macs demanded constant tinkering. Apple's closed ecosystem *actually* delivers "just works" better than any legacy system ever did. Missed the point by glorifying the struggle.
