@OctopusEnergy in what world does ‘award winning’ and ‘obsessive’ service match up with increasing my balance by £800+ due to an octopus error and then giving me no way to contact someone who can actually help? You respond to a trustpilot rating but not to a significant problem.

@CPASnews ‘whether some wording within the document could be interpreted as supportive of conversion therapy’…. If it’s not supporting CT it’s scarily close. I’d be interested to know how else you might have interpreted it when you chose to post it on your youth camp website!

I’ve been mulling the whole CPAS thing. I find it shocking to be honest. The language is offensive, the content is offensive. I am worried for friends and colleagues in evangelical inclusive churches who have CPAS patronage.…

@ceecuk I’m angry, sad & despairing. The total absence of love is shocking. You make evangelicals sound oppressed and refer to ‘strife, struggle & damage’-isn’t that what LGBTQI+ people experience from the church all too frequently? More political broadcast than work of Jesus followers.

@Gatwick_Airport @easyJet wonder how it would be if disabled passengers were something more than an inconvenience to you? Shocking service and absolute lack of processes and staff training.
