Tomorrow Vercel is updating its terms to use your code and agent chats for AI training and third-party data sharing. So we just wanted to remind you that the CEO of this company openly aligns himself with Netanyahu.

Incredible news: Polish scientists find a way to "unplug" cancer’s immortality. Wonderful news! A team of researchers from the Jagiellonian University has discovered a molecule that effectively disrupts DNA replication and repair processes by blocking the function of PCNA—a protein that plays a critical role in these mechanisms. This fundamental discovery paves the way for innovative cancer therapies. Following the necessary clinical trials, this molecule (or its derivatives) could be delivered as a drug using nanoparticle carriers directly to cancer cells, effectively halting their division. At the heart of every cancer cell lies the PCNA protein. Think of it as a "construction manager" that ensures the cancer’s DNA is copied without errors and repairs any damage. This protein is what makes cancer feel nearly indestructible. The team led by Dr. hab. Wojciech Strzałka has discovered a molecule that acts as a precision brake, stripping the cancer of its ability to survive and multiply. The Team Behind the Breakthrough Pictured are the innovators from the JU Faculty of Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Biotechnology (from left): Dr. Arkadiusz Borek, Dr. Ewa Kowalska, Dr. hab. Wojciech Strzałka, and Dr. hab. Monika Bzowska. This is a massive achievement! Congratulations to the entire team!

@BigBoris_2 There is something called "nuance". Unfortunately we are not in a binary World although it tends to be more and more polarised. I wish people could still communicate instead of killing each other...

🚨 This is how engineers at Amazon, Google, and Shopify actually use Claude Code. It's called GSD (Get Shit Done) and it solves context rot the quality degradation that destroys your Claude Code sessions as the context window fills up. No BMAD. No enterprise sprint theater. No Jira nonsense. Here's how it works: You run one command → /gsd:new-project → It interviews you until it fully understands your idea → Spawns parallel research agents to investigate your stack → Creates atomic task plans with XML structure Claude actually understands → Executes in fresh 200k context windows per task → Commits every single task to git automatically Here's the wildest part: Your main context window stays at 30-40% the entire time. All the heavy lifting happens in subagent contexts. No degradation. No "I'll be more concise now." Just clean, consistent execution. Engineers at Amazon, Google, Shopify, and Webflow trust this thing. MIT license. One command to install: npx get-shit-done-cc@latest Link in the first comment 👇

Pour vous, je suis "un populiste, une sorte de Beppe Grillo montpelliérain". Si dénoncer le système vous dérange, j’assume. Les rôles sont clairs : vous, vous êtes le Jack Lang local.

Tried using Spacebot from @jamiepine after seeing this post. TLDR; if you're used to @steipete's Clawdbot-level comfort, you're gonna have a hard time. Don't get me wrong, the idea is amazing, I love the concept and how snappy the UI/UX is. The docs are super intuitive and watching the memories automatically compound - I still strongly believe is a far superior system to MD based memory. My aim was to try to create the post for a discord setup. The docs are intuitive and just works for the first few things. But when you switch an agent to listen to a different channel inside discord, there was nothing I could do to change it once an agent was assigned. The chat is super snappy, definitely better UI but the things that made so many people `click` when using ClawdBot that I experienced as well, where you can just talk to the agent and it figures everything out. Is simply not there. If the product gets to that point I think it'll be a true gamechanger, though unsure what would be the best approach for that. My naive approach would be a `setup` agent for spacebot which has full context on setting up everything might ease the initial complexity imo, or a very comprehensive skill might help. In the meantime, switched back to clawdbot again for these setups, but looking forward to what Jamie will cook up.

⚡️This is the moment the dam actually cracks. Chat was a toy. Scheduled tasks is a labor primitive. When a model can do work on a schedule, inside your tools, without you asking, it stops being “help.” It becomes the cheapest employee on earth. And the honest part is ugly. Most white collar work is recurring coordination. Weekly decks. Status updates. Reconciliations. Ticket grooming. Inbox triage. Reporting. Notes. Summaries. Follow ups. That is a huge percentage of payroll disguised as “knowledge work.” This feature is replacing the heartbeat of office labor. Here is what happens next. 1. Teams stop hiring juniors Entry level roles exist to absorb grunt work and learn. If the grunt work is automated, the learning ladder collapses. You get a smaller funnel, fewer promotions, more gatekeeping, higher anxiety. 2. Middle management gets ruthless If they can ship the same output with 30 percent fewer heads, they do it. They get rewarded for efficiency. They do not get rewarded for protecting your job. 3. Work becomes a control problem The new premium is not producing the thing. The new premium is owning the system that produces the thing. Permissions, checks, exception handling, accountability, audit trails. The winner is the person who signs the work, not the person who drafts it. 4. The market bifurcates A small group becomes “AI operators” and their output per person explodes. A larger group becomes replaceable because their tasks can be parameterized. 5. The platform war shifts Every SaaS becomes a battlefield over agent access. Who has the integrations wins. Who has the best governance wins. Who can prove compliance wins enterprise. The truth behind all of this. The economy is about to learn what abundance feels like for cognition. When cognition becomes abundant, wages fall for anything that looks like cognition without ownership. People keep asking if AI will take jobs. The real answer is that AI turns jobs into margins. Margins get competed away. So what is left. People who own distribution. People who own capital. People who own the decision loop. People who can take responsibility when something breaks. If your role is “I deliver the weekly output,” you get squeezed. If your role is “I decide what the weekly output should be, why it matters, and what we do next,” you get elevated. That is the real shift. Not smarter. Not faster. Autonomous.

New in Cowork: scheduled tasks. Claude can now complete recurring tasks at specific times automatically: a morning brief, weekly spreadsheet updates, Friday team presentations.

Defend Intelligence (Anis Ayari)@DFintelligence

Genre largement. Mais il coute 250E/mois... contre 100E/mois pour CC. Gemini 3 est evidemment hors course. On verra le mois prochain peut être ;).

One of Claude Code's most ardent supporters is reaching for a new tool instead: Pi. And this is probably the best breakdown I've seen. Actually, at 51 minutes long, it's more of a masterclass. Pi agent is beautifully simple by design. @badlogicgames built it to be the foundation you build on top of. No fluff. Just a highly modular, extensible agent with a robust ecosystem of extensions that let you build your agent the way you actually want to use it. I got a lot out of this one. Well done by @IndyDevDan Link in comments because algo 👇

@LLMJunky @badlogicgames YT algo gave me this video to see yesterday. Came here on x to find ppl talking about it. "Hi everyone 👋" - what are you building with Pi? I thought I was sophisticated with my Cline + CC + BMAD setup. Turns out I'm lightyears away from some god level skills here.
