Today I conducted my weekly oversight visit at 26 Federal Plaza, and it’s safe to say that Mullin's regime is no different than Noem’s. Three of the 17 individuals being detained were arrested after simply showing up for their required ICE check-ins. No charges and no due process. This is an outrageous abuse of power, and I won’t stop until there is full accountability.
