It’s as close to ice cream as you can get. It’s thick and tastes like really close to ice cream. I love it. I eat a cup of that every night. Siggy’s and Skier are two of my favorite brands. Chobani is my go to during the day. Hardly has any sugar in it. It's got a little bit of sweetness and only about 2 or 3 grams of sugar in the whole thing. It’s phenomenal. I love that stuff.
