recipe/ingredients: - 90 grams of rolled oats - 160 g/ml of egg whites - 220 g of cottage cheese - 2 tsp of baking powder - 1 tsp of vanilla bean paste. 630 calories // 56g protein // 69g carbs // 15g fat // 8g fiber blend all ingredients in a nutribullet and pour the batter onto a frying pan. i typically make 5-6 pancakes and stay satiated for a good 6+ hours. excellent as a pre-workout meal too.

Alarming how bad @lyft is at fraud detection. It logged a ride from SFO to SF in 3 minutes. The driver never picked me up but claimed he did and I got charged. It should auto-flag an error. When I complained that I didn’t get picked up they sided with the driver Wtf
